GRAYNS™ MALAYSIA Sdn Bhd warrants this product (GRAYNS™ TORC™) against defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of original retail purchase by the customer. This is subject to proof to purchase by the buyer through the original purchase receipt. If there is any manufacturing defect during the warranty period, GRAYNS™ MALAYSIA will restore it to working condition. The defective product must be return to the following: the autorized GRAYNS™ Dealer from whom it was purchased or a GRAYNS™ Authorized Service Center, or GRAYNS™ Malaysia Sdn Bhd
This warranty excludes packaging, postage, freight, transportation, insurance or delivery fees. When returning the product, please include your name, address, and contact number, a description of the problem and a copy of the dates sales slip or receipt of purchase. No warranty work/claims can be initiated without this information.
Should GRAYNS™ Malaysia determine that the product is not defective, is not covered by warranty or is outside of the warranty perieod, GRAYNS ™ MALAYSIA shall return the product to you at your own expense. GRAYNS™ MALAYSIA specifically excludes from this warranty all non-electric/mechanical attachments, accessories and disposable parts.
These items may include but is not limited to measuring cups, inner cooking pans, power cords and plugs. In addition, this warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication or fall under any the following scenarios;
- Has been altered or modified without the written permission from GRAYNS™ MALAYSIA;
- Has been serviced by a non-authorized service center;
- Has not been properly maintained or operated according to the operation manual or been used by commercial, non-household purposes;
- Has been damaged by accidental, improper installation or neglect;
- Or, if the serial number on the product has been removed or defaced.
All implied warranties are limited in duration to one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase of this product. All repaired products shall be warranted for the remaining term of the original warranty. GRAYNS™ MALAYSIA is not responsible or liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, and whether known or should have been known to GRAYNS™ MALAYSIA, including lost profits, goodwill, damage to or replacement of other equipment and property and personal injury resulting from any breach of warranty, the inability to use the product or under any legal theory in contact.
The warranties and remedies are your sole and exclusive rights in connection with the sale and use of the product. No other warranties oral or written, express or implied, are given. GRAYNS™ Malaysia’s liability is limited to the actual purchase price paid to the retail seller of the defective product. No representative i.e. Distributor/Dealer/Reseller ect. is authorized to make any modification, extension, change or amendment to this warranty.
